Action Terms and Conditions

  1. These action terms and conditions (hereafter: the Action Terms and Conditions) apply to Clever Republic’s Linked-In win action.
  2. The promotion runs from November 19 to the day Clever Republic’s LinkedIn surpasses 3000 followers (The promotion is over after 23:59:59). 
  3. By participating in this contest, participants indicate their agreement with these terms of participation.
  4. The winner of the promotion will be chosen by Clever Republic.
  5. There will be no correspondence about the results.
  6. The winner of this promotion will receive a private flight for two together with an experienced pilot. The winner will be notified within a week of the promotion’s end. 
  7. Maximum one participation per person.
  8. Participation and prize collection from the age of 18.
  9. Prize is not redeemable for cash and/or other prizes.
  10. The winner may not give the prize to someone else.
  11. In the event of reasonable suspicion of unlawful influence on the Promotion, abuse or fraud, Clever Republic reserves the right to forfeit the right to a prize (afterwards).
  12. The names and/or photographs/recordings of winners may be used in promotional activities in connection with this Promotion if they give their prior express written consent. They are not entitled to any (financial) compensation.
  13. Clever Republic is not liable for any (consequential) damage to participants or third parties that may result from this Promotion.
  14. All intellectual property relating to texts, images, layout, software or other information about this Promotion belongs to Clever Republic.
  15. Printing, spelling, typesetting or complicated errors cannot be stopped and are in no way a cause for Clever Republic.
